Mission Statement:

The Membership & Information Committee is responsible for the development and implementation of membership expansion and retention programs.  In addition, they make recommendations to the Board of Directors on ways of communicating a positive image of the industry to customers, suppliers and government agencies, through various media.  The Committee supports activities designed to assure full participation of all Members and Associate Members.

2008 Goals

• Increase the Value of PCA to Members and the Industry
  
      > Enhance the value of the International Conferences to member companies
         by recommending subjects of interest and Speakers for upcoming
         International Conferences.
  
      > Themes that are emerging:
             > Sustainability
             > Greater support for Reach registration
             > More effective "out-reach" to other associations
  
  
•  Launched two new sub-committees
  
      > Assess how PCA can do more to promote member companies as
         Sustainable Chemistry companies.

      > Assess how PCA can more effectively "Reach Out" to similar organizations
         around the world.
