The Board of Directors and Staff of the Pine Chemicals Association cordially invite you and your colleagues to attend the 2010 PCA International Conference scheduled for (September 19, 20, & 21) and the PCA Annual Business Meeting (September 22nd)  in Orlando, Florida, USA.

The two meetings are being combined for the first time in the Association's history and there will be separate registration (and fees) for each meeting.  Only employees of PCA member companies are invited to attend the Annual Business Meeting.

Orlando is famous for its theme parks, wide variety of fine restaurants and is known as one of America's truly fun destinations.  Just to name a few of the many attractions are Walt Disney World, Universal City, SeaWorld, Aquatica and Wet 'n Wild. 

• International Conference Program – The format of the Conference program will be similar to that of recent years.  The conference will open on Sunday evening September 19th, with the Welcome Reception.  On Monday and Tuesday (September 20th & 21st) our General Session will take place with papers presented each morning.  Alan Phillips of Arizona Chemical, our Conference Chairman, is developing a timely and informative program.  A sample of the subject matter of papers to be presented includes:

• Annual Business Meeting Program – Previously this meeting was held in the spring of each year, but in 2009 the decision was taken by the Board of Directors to combine the so called Annual Business Meeting with the International Conference.  The format for this one day meeting will begin Wednesday morning. We will open with a brief general session and then adjourn to meetings of the four PCA Committees.  I encourage you to attend at least one of the Committee meetings.

• Spouse~Guest Program - Attendance by the Spouses and Guests continues to be a very important aspect of the International Conference program. We will continue our recent practice of offering an a la carte program where participants may choose the entire program or participate only in certain elements.

• Conference Hotel – The Ritz-Carlton Orlando, Grande Lakes is NOW SOLD OUT!
  NOTE:  All conference programs and activities will be conducted at the Ritz-Carlton Orlando Hotel. 
  
• Hotel Backup - The Renaissance Orlando at SeaWorld - We have secured additional guestrooms at the Renaissance Orlando at SeaWorld.  All conference programs and activities will be conducted at the Ritz-Carlton Orlando Hotel and recommend travel by taxi between hotels.

• PCA Website - All of the enclosed information along with periodic updates, information and instructions on items mentioned above will be posted on the PCA Website.  Please consult our website, www.pinechemicals.org, often to obtain the latest information.
