Who should attend?

We are excited to offer the 2017 Spring Meeting for Member and Non-Member executives within the Pine Chemicals Industry.  A variety of speakers will provide informative sessions and ample time is allowed for networking and other activities with fellow attendees. Members will conduct the business of the Association, including election of Officers and Directors, a review of the financial status of the Association,  committee sessions with formal reports and the Safety Award Presentations.

When and Where is the Spring Meeting?

The Spring Meeting will be held April 19 to April 21, 2017 at the Villas at Grand Cypress located at 1 N Jacaranda St., Orlando, FL 32836.  Discounted room rates are available but Reservations MUST be made prior to March 20, 2017.

• $1,400.00 per attendee

Register by February 28, 2017 for a savings of $50 per registration

Early Bird by February 28th
• Individual PCA Member $1,150.00
• Individual Non-Member $1,350.00

After February 28th
• Individual PCA Member $1,200.00
• Individual Non-Member $1,400.00

Delegate registration fee includes: Welcome Reception and Dinner on Wednesday, Breakfast on Thursday and Friday, Reception on Thursday, all breaks and conference materials.

Spouse/Guest registration fee includes (applies to spouse or significant other): Welcome Reception and Dinner on Wednesday, and Breakfast on Thursday and Friday.

Registrations made on-site in Orlando are subject to the Onsite Registration rate of $1,450.00 for Attendee and $300 for Spouse/Guest. Attendee Name and contact information will NOT be printed in any rosters that are provided to Delegates (beyond printer cutoff date).

Does my conference registration act as a hotel reservation?

• NO! Attendees are responsible for all of their travel plans and hotel reservations.

I cannot attend the full meeting, is there a reduced rate or a per day rate for the course?
• NO! The registration fee is a flat fee, regardless of how many days you attend.

What to wear
 
Normal resort casual or business casual attire is acceptable for all events. Jackets are not required, but if you feel more comfortable wearing a jacket and/or tie, then by all means do so.


Check In at Event
Registration check in will begin at 8am on Wednesday, April 19th at the conference and meeting space registration desk.
Badges
The official PCA name badge will be required for admittance to all events. This requirement applies to all registrants and guests. Name badges must be worn for all meetings, social functions and other conference events. Those not displaying the proper identification may be denied admittance.
 

Cancellation of Registration and Refund Policy

Registration may be cancelled and a refund (less $50 administrative charge) issued up until March 17, 2017.
• NO REFUNDS will be issued after March 17, 2017.
• Registration may be transferred without penalty.
• The Villas at Grand Cypress has a separate cancellation/refund policy until 5:00 PM, hotel local time, 72 hours prior to their scheduled arrival date for no penalty. Additional cancellation policies are in effect and you can view more information on the Hotel Page.
