VISA and Letter of Invitation Requests

If you require a Letter of Invitation for visa purposes, PCA will send a letter to support your visa application once you have registered for the course or conference, and paid the course or conference fees in full.

PLEASE COMPLETE THIS FORM TO PROVIDE THE NECESSARY DETAILS TO COMPLETE A LETTER OF INVITATION FOR YOU.

Mailing Instructions

The letter will be sent via email in Adobe .pdf format. Should you require the original, this will be sent to you ONCE via United States Postal Service at no cost. Please note that this may take up to 30 days to arrive.

If you need this expedited, we will require payment for the cost to deliver via Global Express/FedEx to your location. The cost for this service is $75.
