If you require a Letter of
Invitation for visa
purposes, PCA will send
a letter to support your visa
application once you have registered for the International Conference.
PLEASE COMPLETE THE FORM BELOW TO SUBMIT AT THIS TIME.
The letter will be sent via email in Adobe .pdf format.Should you require the original, this will be sent to you ONCE via United States Postal Service at no cost. Please note that this may take up to 30 days to arrive. If you need this expedited, we will require payment for the cost to deliver via FedEx-Global Express Guaranteed to your location. ***IMPORTANT NOTE: You will also need a Confirmation Letter from the Hotel.
In this case, you will have to ask the hotel as we are not involved in the Reservation process. It is your responsibility to secure the Confirmation Letter from the Hotel that you will be staying at.
