The PCA International Conference is recognized as the premier international gathering of the global pine chemicals industry. The 2019 Conference will be a unique, thought-provoking event. For two days, you will be informed, inspired and engaged with some of the most passionate leaders of the industry, within the picturesque Montreal, Canada.
The 2019 International Conference will be held on 22 to 24 September, at the prestigious Fairmont Hotel in Vancouver, BC Canada.
A welcome reception will be held at 6:00 pm on Sunday. General Session will begin at 9:00 am on Monday and at 9:00 am on Tuesday. A reception will be held at 5:30 pm on Monday evening and the Final Night reception and dinner will be held from 6:30-11:30 pm on Tuesday evening.
The course registration fee includes: all course materials, a dedicated table for your attending company to schedule and hold meetings on Monday & Tuesday, all breaks, receptions on Sunday & Monday and the Final Night Reception and Dinner on Tuesday.

Cancellation/Refund Policy: Registration may be cancelled and a refund (less $150 administrative charge) issued up until 23 August 2019. NO REFUNDS will be issued after 23 August 2019. Registration may be transferred without penalty.

RATES: Nightly Room Rate is quoted in Canadian dollars, per room, per night, and are exclusive of all taxes, currently 17% per night, subject to increase.

***TRIPLE & QUADRUPLE occupancy consisting of three and four adults occupying one guestroom is an additional $50.00 CAD per person, per night.
The discounted room rate will be extended 3 days prior and 3 days past the event dates, based on availability. Additional days may be subject to regular hotel daily rate.

CANCELLATIONS: Reservations must be changed or cancelled two (2) days (or 48 hours hotel local time) prior to scheduled check-in date to avoid penalty. Non-cancelled room reservations (those that do not have an appropriate cancellation number) or reservations cancelled inside two (2) days (or 48 hours) will be CHARGED IN FULL ONE (1) NIGHT'S STAY. No shows will be charged for the entire stay.
