The Spring Meeting provides an excellent opportunity for networking with industry leaders from around the world, the ability to interact with committee leaders and learn about key issues within the industry, and to participate in the Association's Annual Business Meeting.
A variety of speakers will provide executive briefings on key issues, actions and current issues impacting our industry. There will be adequate time within the schedule allowing for networking and other activities with fellow attendees. Members will conduct the business of the Association, including election of Officers and Directors, a review of the financial status of the Association, and committee sessions with formal reports.
The meeting will be held April 22 to April 24, 2020. A golf tournament will be held at noon on April 22nd. We will host a Welcome Reception and Dinner beginning at 6pm on April 22nd. General Session will begin at 8:00 am on April 23rd and will conclude at 12 pm on April 24th.
The course registration fee includes: all course materials, all breaks, breakfast on Thursday and Friday, Welcome Reception and Dinner Wednesday, and reception on Thursday.
Golf is separate from the meeting registration and will be paid by each attendee directly to the Golf Club.

After April 21st: All registrations will be at the Onsite Registration Rate of $ 1,500.00 and your Name will not be included in any rosters that are printed for attendees.
Cancellation/Refund Policy: All registration cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing by 23 March 2020. A refund of the full conference fee, minus $150 administrative fee, will be given for cancellations received by that date. No refunds will be granted for requests postmarked on or after 23 March 2020. Submit all requests to PCA Registration via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. PCA regrets that refunds will Not be given for no-shows. Substitutions are gladly accepted! Substitutions of registrations are permitted prior to the conference and onsite. Only one substitution is permitted per original registrant. The individual submitting the substitution request is responsible for all financial obligations (any balance due) associated with that substitution. Badge sharing, splitting, and reprints are strictly prohibited.

The discounted room rate will be extended 3 days prior and 3 days past the event dates, based on availability.

Reduced Resort Fee: $12 per night.
Cancellations: Guests may cancel their reservation without penalty until 5:00 PM, hotel local time, seventy-two (72) hours prior to their scheduled arrival date and their individual guest room deposit will be refunded. Cancellations made after this deadline will be charged a one (1) night penalty, plus applicable taxes.
Last minute denied travel VISAs or other emergency situations resulting in cancellations not within the above policies will be handled on a case by case basis.
NO SHOWS: Any room reservation confirmed and guaranteed by an individual and not claimed by midnight on the arrival day (i.e. a No-Show) will be cancelled and billed one (1) night to the individual credit card provided to guarantee room reservation.
Taxes and fees: Rates are firm for 2020 (quoted in USD) and do not include applicable state and local taxes, currently 13% occupancy and state tax or the following automatic or mandatory charges (e.g., resort charges): $12 per night. No automatic or mandatory charges are tips, gratuities, or services charges for employees, unless otherwise expressly stated.
