The PCA International Conference is recognized as the premier international gathering of the global pine chemicals industry. The 2017 Conference will be a unique, thought-provoking event. For two days, you will be informed, inspired and engaged with some of the most passionate leaders of the industry, within the picturesque Montreal, Canada.
The 2017 International Conference will be held on 17 to 19 September, at the prestigious Le Westin Hotel in Montreal, Canada.
A welcome reception will be held at 5:30 pm on Sunday. General Session will begin at 9:00 am on Monday and at 9:00 am on Tuesday. A reception will be held at 5:30 pm on Monday evening and the Final Night reception and dinner will be held from 6-11 pm on Tuesday evening.
The course registration fee includes: all course materials, all breaks, receptions on Sunday & Monday, Breakfast on Monday & Tuesday, and the Final Night Reception and Dinner on Tuesday.

Cancellation/Refund Policy: Registration may be cancelled and a refund (less $150 administrative charge) issued up until 25 August 2017. NO REFUNDS will be issued after 25 August 2017. Registration may be transferred without penalty.

The discounted room rate will be extended 3 days prior and 3 days past the event dates, based on availability. Additional days may be subject to regular hotel daily rate.

Payment must be settled upon check out.
Cancellations: Reservations may be changed or cancelled by 4:00pm, hotel local time, two (2) days prior to the day of arrival to avoid penalty. Any cancellation that occurs after established deadline will be charged one (1) night's room and tax. Early departures will be charged full room and tax. No shows will be charged for the entire stay.
