2016 Spring Meeting - April 13 to 15, 2016

The Pine Chemicals Association Spring Meeting will be held in Austin, TX at the Four Seasons Hotel in downtown Austin from Thursday April 14 to Friday April 15, 2016.  For those interested our Annual Golf Tournament players will tee off at 12 pm on Wednesday, April 13, at the famous Barton Creek golf course.  Transportation will be provided from the hotel for the golf tournament.

The meeting will “kick off” with a reception and dinner on Wednesday night, April 13.  The reception will begin at 6 pm. 

Meetings on Thursday and Friday will include executive briefings on key issues and actions of each of our functional committees as well as presentations on current subjects and issues in our industry.  A full schedule for the meeting and speakers will be posted soon.

The Spring Meeting provides an excellent opportunity for networking with industry leaders from around the world, the ability to interact with our committee leaders and learn about key issues impacting our industry, and to participate in the Association’s Annual Business Meeting. Additionally, we will have a number of excellent presentations on relevant subjects.

The 2016 Spring Meeting will be held on April 13 to April 15, 2016, at the Four Seasons in downtown Austin, TX.

The Annual Walter Jones Golf Tournament will be held at noon on Wednesday, April 13th, followed by a welcome reception and dinner from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Breakfast will begin at 7:30 am and General Session will begin at 8:30 am on Thursday and Friday (April 14th and April 15th). A reception and golf awards will be held at 6:00 pm on Thursday evening . Friday will conclude the conference with our 2015 Safety Award presentations, our final speaker(s) and the annual business meeting for members.

The course registration fee includes: all course materials, all breaks, opening reception and dinner on Wednesday, breakfast on Thursday & Friday, and reception Thursday.

Spouse/Guest registration fee includes: opening reception and dinner on Wednesday, reception on Thursday and breakfast on Thursday & Friday,

VISA information
If you require a Letter of Invitation for visa purposes, PCA will send a letter to support your visa application once you have registered for the International Conference.

The letter will be sent electronically. Should you require the original, this will be mailed using regular Postal Service at no cost (takes up to 30 days to arrive) or can be expedited using Global Express Guaranteed (FedEx) for a fee.
