WHO SHOULD ATTEND?

We are excited to offer the 2020 Spring Meeting for Member and Non-Member executives within the Pine Chemicals Industry. A variety of speakers will provide informative sessions and ample time is allowed for networking and other activities with fellow attendees. Members will conduct the business of the Association, including election of Officers and Directors, a review of the financial status of the Association, and committee sessions with formal reports and discussion of the Safety Award Nominations requirements. 

WHEN and WHERE IS THE SPRING MEETING?

The Spring Meeting will be held April 22 to April 24, 2020 at the PGA National Resort & Spa located at 400 Ave of the Champions Palm Beach, Florida 33418. Discounted room rates are available but Reservations MUST be made prior to March 23, 2020.

REGISTRATION FEES?

Registration fees are to be paid in US Dollars.

Register by February 29, 2020 for a savings of $100 per registration.

Early Bird Registration by February 29th:

The course registration fee includes: all course materials, all breaks, breakfast on Thursday and Friday, Welcome Reception and Dinner Wednesday, and reception on Thursday. Welcome Reception and Dinner on Wednesday, Reception on Thursday, and Breakfast on Thursday and Friday.

Registrations made on-site in Orlando are subject to the Onsite Registration rate of $1,500.00 for Attendee and $400 for Spouse/Guest. Attendee Name and contact information will NOT be printed in any rosters that are provided to Delegates (beyond printer cutoff date).

 

HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS?

HOTEL RESERVATION CUT-OFF IS 23 MARCH 2020.

Hotel reservations are separate from the course registration fee. Hotel reservations should be made directly with PGA National Golf Resort & Spa by using this dedicated  linkor by calling 1-844-821-0028 or 1-561-627-2000 or using this form.

GOLF TOURNAMENT?

Golf is separate from the meeting registration and will be paid by each attendee directly to the Golf Club. More information about the Golf Tournament can be found on our Golf Page.

 

Does my conference registration act as a hotel reservation?


I cannot attend the full meeting, is there a reduced rate or a per day rate for the course?

SPRING MEETING SCHEDULE:


WHAT TO WEAR:

Normal business casual attire is acceptable for all events. Jackets are not required, but if you feel more comfortable wearing a tie, then by all means do so.

EVENT CHECK-IN:

Registration check in will begin at Noon on Tuesday, 23 April 2019  and will continue from 8:00am to 5:00pm on Wednesday. A registration desk can be found outside of the General Session room on Thursday & Friday.

BADGES:

The official PCA name badge will be required for admittance to all events. This requirement applies to all registrants and guests. Name badges must be worn for all meetings, social functions, and other conference events. Those not displaying the proper identification may be denied admittance.

Cancellations/Refunds Policy

All registration cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing by 23 March 2020. A refund of the full conference fee, minus $150 administrative fee, will be given for cancellations received by that date. No refunds will be granted for requests postmarked on or after 23 March 2020. Submit all requests to PCA Registration via email at amanda.young@pinechemicals.org. PCA regrets that refunds will Not be given for no-shows. Substitutions are gladly accepted! Substitutions of registrations are permitted prior to the conference and onsite. Only one substitution is permitted per original registrant. The individual submitting the substitution request is responsible for all financial obligations (any balance due) associated with that substitution.
