Thinking Outside The Box at our Spring Meeting in Orlando, FL (April 15-17, 2015)

The theme for our 2015 PCA Spring Meeting will be “Thinking Outside the Box” and we will have several speakers that hopefully will challenge the thinking of our audience.  The 2015 Spring Meeting will be held on April 15 to April 17, 2015, at the magnificent Villas at Grand Cypress in Orlando, Florida

For those interested, the Annual Walter Jones Golf Tournament will be held at noon on Wednesday, April 15th.  The tournament will be on an exceptional course located on the resort property.  This will be followed by the official kickoff of the Conference with a welcome reception and dinner from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm on April 15th.

Breakfast will begin at 7:30 am and General Session will begin at 8:30 am on Thursday and Friday (April 16th and April 17th). A reception and golf awards will be held at 6:00 pm on Thursday evening . Friday will conclude the conference with our 2015 Safety Award presentations, our final speaker(s) and the annual business meeting for members.

The Spring Meeting provides an excellent opportunity for all of our members to understand and comment on the activities of our functional committees.  Each committee will provide a short report on issues that are impacting our industry and actions that are being taken.  In addition, we will have several excellent papers addressing our conference theme and other important and interesting subjects. 

The meeting is a great opportunity for networking with other industry leaders, as we always have good attendance from both our US and global member companies.  We will end the meeting with our Annual Business Meeting.  

The invitation to our Spring Meeting is open to members and non-members alike.  I hope to see you there.

VISA information
If you require a Letter of Invitation for visa purposes, PCA will send a letter to support your visa application once you have registered for the International Conference.

The letter will be sent electronically. Should you require the original, this will be mailed using regular Postal Service at no cost (takes up to 30 days to arrive) or can be expedited using Global Express Guaranteed (FedEx) for a fee.
