GIVE YOUR RECOVERY YIELDS THE MAGIC TOUCH

Improving soap and CST recovery and CTO processes will improve evaporator and recovery boiler operations, reduce effluent BOD and air emissions and improve overall mill operations. This course reviews basic concepts, new concepts for recovery and shows how improved recovery can positively impact pulp mill operations. Q&A sessions will allow specific mill problems to be addressed by our industry experts.

WE HAVE A NEW WEBSITE AND A NEW OFFICE

We are pleased to announce that we have launched our new website with mobile responsive capabilities and we have a new office.

The PCA website underwent significant updates and although we still have a few things to work out, we are up and running! You should be able to login with your existing credentials but if you have any issues please select the forgot password link or send me an email and we will get your credentials reset for you.

The address for the new PCA Headquarters is: 528 S. 8th Street, Suite 7, Fernandina Beach, FL 32034.

We are conveniently located near Downtown Fernandina Beach and in close proximity to two pulp mills in Fernandina Beach.

We welcome you to stop by for a visit if you are in the area! We always love to have materials from our member companies, especially if you have photos of your facilities and/or mills that you would like to display in our office.

GET LISTED in the pca INDUSTRY DIRECTORY

We are developing an industry directory for the global pine chemicals industry. Our members and other industry professionals have asked for an online directory as a one-stop resource to find the products and information they need. This database will be dedicated exclusively to the pine chemicals industry and we welcome you to submit your company profile to be included in the directory.

EHS ANNUAL INJURY AND LOST TIME REPORTING

We have improved the reporting portal on the new website and simplified the reporting to annual only. Please provide us with your 2018 man hours, number of recordable injuries, and the number of lost workday/restricted work cases. The data will be reported in aggregate, and no data from any one company will be shared.

ENVIRONMENTAL, HEALTH & SAFETY EXCELLENCE AWARDS

The purpose of the PCA awards program is to recognize and promote excellence in environmental, health, and safety among member companies. The program is designed to recognize both individual and facility efforts demonstrated to protect the environment, or prevent accidents and illnesses through hazard identification and control. All PCA member companies qualify to apply.
