The Pine Chemicals Association Spring Meeting provides an excellent opportunity for networking with industry leaders from around the world, the ability to interact with our committee leaders and learn about key issues impacting our industry, and to participate in the Association’s Annual Business Meeting. Additionally, we will have a number of excellent presentations on relevant subjects.

MEETING INFORMATION:
The Pine Chemicals Association Spring Meeting will start with an optional golf outing, followed by a reception and dinner beginning at 6pm on Tuesday, 14 May 2024.
Meetings on Wednesday and Thursday will include executive briefings on key issues and actions of each of our functional committees, as well as, presentations on current subjects and issues in our industry. A full schedule for the meeting and speakers will be posted soon.
The Spring Meeting Registrations fees include all meeting materials, breaks, and opening reception.
Registration Fees:
Register online to attend the International conference or use this form.
- Individual PCA Member Rate: $1,200.00 USD ($1,100 before March 15)
- Individual PCA Non-Member Rate: $1,400.00 USD ($1,300 before March 15)
- Spouse/Guest Rate: $300.00 USD
*Spouse/Guest registration fee allows entrance to daily PCA Food & Beverage functions ONLY.

Cancellation/Refund Policy:
Registration may be canceled and a refund (less $200 administrative charge) issued up until 30 April 2024. NO REFUNDS will be issued after 30 April 2024. Registration may be transferred without penalty.
Private Meeting Rooms:
There are limited private meeting rooms available; book directly through the PCA.
Ample Open Networking space is available on the conference floor.
HOTEL DETAILS:
Individuals will make hotel reservations directly through PGA National Resort & Spa.
The hotel link with our group rate and availability will close Tuesday, April 23rd.

$299.00 USD - Standard Rooms (Single, Double, Triple, or Quad)

**This discounted group rate cannot be used with additional promotional offers.
**A valid credit card will be required at check-in for incidentals.
**This is a conference hotel; the Room Types listed above are the only room types available.
**There are NO suites available.
**Any rooms booked after Tuesday, April 23rd will be at the availability of the hotel and their current rooming rates.
Check IN:
From 3 PM on the day of arrival
Check OUT:
By 12 NOON on the day of departure
(late check-outs will incur additional charges on departure).
Cancellations:
To cancel your hotel booking, direct contact must be made with the PCA BY 2 PM EST at least ten (10) days prior to arrival. Guests wishing to avoid an early check-out fee or a late cancellation fee, which equals the FULL COST of the stay, should advise the hotel at least ten (10) days prior to arrival of any change to their booking. NO SHOW reservation will be cancelled and billed the FULL COST of the stay to the credit card on file. Early check-outs & No Shows caused by denied travel VISA’s or other emergency situations (beyond an individual’s control, including cancellation of international flights) resulting in cancellations not within the above policies will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
GOLF TOURNAMENT:
Join the PCA to play one of the many breathtaking PGA courses for our Annual Golf Tournament.
All players shall abide by PGA National Golf Club dress code:
• Acceptable Attire: Collard shirt, Long Pants or walking shorts.
• Unacceptable Attire: T-shirt, Tank Top, Athletic Shorts, Cut-off's or jeans.
• Metal spikes are NOT allowed at the PGA National Resort & Spa. Golf shoes may be re-spiked for an
additional charge.
• Absolutely NO personal coolers allowed! All food and beverages must be purchased at PGA National.
• Walking spectators are NOT permitted on the golf course. Spectator carts will NOT be rented or
permitted on golf course.
• NO more than two (2) people (including the driver) are permitted on the golf cart at any one time.
