The Pine Chemicals Association International will host the 2025 Spring Meeting at the gorgeous Grand Hotel Resort & Spa in Point Clear, Alabama.
The PCA provides an excellent opportunity for networking with industry leaders from around the world, the ability to interact with our committee leaders and learn about key issues impacting our industry, and to participate in the Association’s Annual Business Meeting. Additionally, we will have a number of excellent presentations on relevant subjects.

HOTEL DETAILS:
Individuals will make hotel reservations directly through The Grand Hotel Resort & Spa.
Reservations can be made until March 17, 2025.
ROOM RATES:
$299.00 USD - Resort View (King or Queen/Queen)
$329.00 USD - Spa Resort View (King or Queen/Queen)
$369.00 USD - Spa Marina View (King or Queen/Queen)
**Tax and fees not included in above rates.
**This discounted group rate cannot be used with additional promotional offers.
**A valid credit card will be required at check-in for incidentals.
**Any rooms booked after the cutoff date will be at the availability of the hotel and their current rooming rates.
**Check-In: 4:00pm
**Check-Out: 11:00am
Cancellations:
To cancel your hotel booking, direct contact must be made with the PCA at least five (5) days prior to arrival. Guests wishing to avoid an early check-out fee or a late cancellation fee, which equals the FULL COST of the stay, should advise the hotel at least five (5) days prior to arrival of any change to their booking. NO SHOW reservation will be cancelled and billed the FULL COST of the stay to the credit card on file. Early check-outs & No Shows caused by denied travel VISA’s or other emergency situations (beyond an individual’s control, including cancellation of international flights) resulting in cancellations not within the above policies will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
