2026 Spring Meeting

The Pine Chemicals Association International will host the 2026 Spring Meeting at the gorgeous Hammock Beach Golf Resort & Spa in Palm Coast, Florida. The PCA provides an excellent opportunity for networking with industry leaders from around the world, the ability to interact with our committee leaders and learn about key issues impacting our industry, and to participate in the Association’s Annual Business Meeting. Additionally, we will have a number of excellent presentations on relevant subjects.

HOTEL DETAILS:

Individuals will make hotel reservations directly through Hammock Beach reservation link below or by calling the hotel directly. 
Reservations can be made until March 23, 2026.
 

ROOM RATES:

$299.42 USD - One-Bedroom Premium Suites, Main Tower

** Tax and fees are included in above rate.
** If you wish to call the hotel to reserve  your room, please dial 1 (866) 841-0287 (option 1, then option 3) and identify that you are with the Pine       
   Chemicals Association 2026 PCA Spring Meeting in order to receive the group's discounted rate.
** This discounted group rate cannot be used with additional promotional offers.
**All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit. Remaining balance is due at the time of check-in.
** A valid credit card will be required at check-in for incidentals.
** Any rooms booked after the cutoff date will be at the availability of the hotel and their current rooming rates. 
** Check-In: 4:00pm
** Check-Out: 11:00am 


Cancellations:

Individual cancellations made between seven (7) and two (2) days of arrival will be charged one (1) night deposit. Individual cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival will be charged for the entire length of the reservation. To cancel your hotel booking, please call the hotel directly at 1 (866) 841-0287 (option 1, then option 3). NO SHOW reservations will be canceled and billed the full costs of the stay to the credit card on file.

Golf Tournament

Golf is available on Day 1 (Tuesday, 21 April) of the Spring Meeting. This is an optional event not included in the registration fee.  

Registered players will play the Ocean Golf Course with a 12:30pm shotgun start. A boxed lunch will be provided to all players at 11:45am in the staging area.  

The PCA tournament rate is $225.00, which must be paid at the time of registration. Any additional fees, such as club or shoe rentals, must be paid directly to the golf club at the start of play.
