1. Registration Process

1.1 Online Registration: All attendees must register through our official event website. Please complete all required fields in the registration form to ensure we can accommodate your needs.  

1.2 Confirmation: Upon completing registration, you will receive a confirmation email with your registration details. Please keep this confirmation for your records.

 

2. Payment Information

2.1 Fees: Registration fees vary by membership status, registration period, and event type. Please refer to our event website for detailed pricing information.

2.2 Payment Methods: We accept payment via credit card and ACH. If you are an international member, please contact us for additional payment options. Full payment is required to secure your registration.

2.3 Invoices and Receipts: An invoice will be provided upon request. All attendees will receive an electronic receipt once payment is processed.

 

3. Cancellation

3.1 Cancellation by Attendee: If you need to cancel your registration, please notify us in writing. Refunds will be issued as outlined on the event detail page.

3.2 Cancellation by Organizer: In the unlikely event of cancellation by the organizers, registrants will receive a credit of registration fees within 30 days of the cancellation notice.

 

4. Code of Conduct

All event participants are expected to adhere to our code of conduct which promotes respect, diversity, and a safe environment for everyone. Violations may result in expulsion from the event without a refund.

 

5. Privacy Policy

Your registration data will be processed in accordance with our privacy policy, ensuring the protection of your personal information. Data collected is used exclusively for event-related purposes.

 

6. Special Requirements
